We are seeking a Creator Partnership Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to social media influencers/creators to partner with Venatra to sell products online.

Location:

This is a remote job and applicants must live in the North America or any country in the European Union.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach to content creators and social media influencers across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter..

  
  

• Identify and engage with potential partners who align with Venatra's brand values and target audience demographics.

  
  

• Develop and maintain relationships with creators and influencers through personalized communication channels, including email, social media, and direct messaging.

  
  

• Educate creators about the benefits of partnering with Venatra to monetize their online presence and sell products directly to their audience.

  
  

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies, messaging templates, and promotional materials to support creator recruitment efforts.

  
  

• Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records of communications and partnerships using CRM software or similar tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources or related field.

• Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the influencer marketing or e-commerce industry.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends, with the ability to identify and engage with relevant creators and influencers.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.

• Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for tracking and managing outreach efforts is a plus.
