By creating an account on Venatra, you agree to provide accurate information and update it promptly if it changes. You must be at least 13 years old to use Venatra, and you need to be of legal age in your country to consent to the processing of your personal data. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account and for ensuring its security. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
Abusive Conduct
Summary: Be accountable and adhere to our terms and policies.
You are accountable for all actions taken under your Venatra account. Violation of our terms or policies may result in account termination. Engaging in illegal, abusive, or exploitative behavior on Venatra is prohibited. As a creator earning on Venatra, your conduct may impact us, so we reserve the right to consider your activities both within and outside of Venatra.
Payments
As a seller, you can sell your own provided digital products or the physical products that we provide. We use Stripe a third party service to process payments. Funds are transferred to your bank account by our Stripe partner. Stripe usually handles payments issues such as fraud, chargebacks, and resolution of payments disputes. For in app purchases, refunds and disputes will be handled by the App Store, for example Apple App Store or the Google Play store.
Occasionally, there might be additional delays in accessing these funds. Additionally, we reserve the right to block or withhold access to these funds due to violations of our terms or policies, or for compliance purposes such as tax reporting. In such cases, we make efforts to promptly communicate the reasons to you. If you have inquiries regarding blocked or withheld fund access, please don't hesitate to contact us. To safeguard sellers, we may also block payments if they are suspected to be fraudulent. Furthermore, certain actions like refunds and chargebacks may result in a negative balance in your account.
Fees
Venatra is free to use, however we offer different accounts with monthly and annual fees. These accounts have more features and are auto-renewing subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time.
As a seller Venatra has different fees it collects when a sale is made.
Sales fee: Venatra takes a percentage of a successful sale. This varies depending on the type of account.
Payment Processing: This fee is charged by our payment processor and a flat fee per successful transaction.
Subscriptions: Account subscriptions are monthly or yearly payments to access more features for your account.
Taxes: Legally in some jurisdictions we must collect taxes on goods sold such as VAT, GST, HST etc.
Tax
Venatra collects sales tax on goods sold. Venatra however does not file taxes on your behalf, you are responsible for reporting any income made on Venatra to your local tax authority if required. We provide a summary of your earnings with dates. You can access your earnings in the app to report any income earned.If you live in the United States or are a United States citizen who has earned $600 or more, you're legally required to report your earnings to the tax authority.
Restrictions
We don't allow sellers to sell anything that violates our terms or privacy policy.
To summarize we don't allow;
selling illegal content or ill-gotten goods.
selling things that are abusive towards other people;
selling things that are misleading or deceptive;
selling things that use others’ intellectual property, unless you have written permission to use it, or your use is protected as fair use; or
selling things with real people engaging in sexual acts.
Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership: The App and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Venatra or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Trademarks: The Venatra name and logo are trademarks of Venatra Inc. You agree not to use or display any trademarks, service marks, logos, or designs of Venatra without our prior written consent.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Venatra. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Venatra shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
Disclaimer of Warrenties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VENATRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL VENATRA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to the Terms
Venatra reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
